Community Oriented

Greg moved with his family to Sarasota to continue his passion of educating and working with youth as the Head Coach and Executive Director of Sarasota Scullers Youth Rowing Program. Greg currently works as a Realtor; he made the change so he could be present for his kids while still continuing to work with people in the community. Greg's leadership and commitment consistently yields positive results for others. With Greg's leadership, his students achieved dreams they never thought possible: becoming a Navy SEAL, a Coast Guard officer, losing weight, improving grades, becoming an engineer, earning college scholarships, and many more. Greg will combine his business, teaching, and board experience to move our schools on a path toward student excellence.

Teaching & Career

• Greg's first teaching job: Assistant Motorcycle Instructor for a community college

• Founded the Texas A&M Rowing Team, then later started two more rowing programs in Texas centered around the physical and intellectual wellbeing of middle and high school youth. Programs were focused on increasing availability to all children in the community

• Former Lecturer and Head Rowing Coach at Texas A&M University - Galveston

• Former Executive Director of youth non-profit, Sarasota Scullers Youth Rowing

• Experienced business owner, non-profit board member, and manager

• Reorganized organizations to achieve better efficiency and customer service

• Traveled the world teaching Fortune 500 executives and other companies leadership and high performance teamwork to increase results
